I too doubt guys like Roy are going to prison.

But they should be getting more questions from police these days. A few such interrogations will make some of them be more cautious in their approach for a casual encounter.

And others will still use the direct methods and put up with the occasional police hassle. Unfortunately the direct methods do work.
