I used to get frustrated with my mother as she just couldn't grok email and websurfing. "How could this be so difficult?" I often wondered.

I avoided Windows 7 and 8. But I was forced in Windows 10. After several years, I am still not comfortable with its filing system. I have turned into my mother.

But it least I can bang on the software and it doesn't crash. Sometimes I even solve a problem: not sure how, but the problem is solved.
