I was talking with a fellow from the co-operative on Mastodon. We found each other through a post about the spolu. He mentioned how the spolu and his co-operative were similar.

It was a little clumsy to engage with Mastodon's limits, so I invited him to continue by email. He did not accept.

Anyways, he is an investor in this co-op. I wanted to get a little further into his psychology as to why. There were a lot other questions I wanted to ask. Like, the land base is pretty small, are the "renters" able to make a living?
