We are just seeing the end of a predictable cycle as the governing political party slowly loses touch with reality for various reasons. Unless some irrefutable proof comes up soon, Mr. Pollieuve is our next prime minister. The NDP might even be the opposition.

Funny you should mention qualifications. In my TDG, qualifications for the second tier come from spending some time in the first tier, earning a little trust and respect. Qualifications for the fourth tier came from time spent in the third tier.

In western democracies, qualifications are the ability to win elections at the party level and general election. In that sense, Donald Trump, Marjorie Green, Justin Trudeau, Joe Biden, Rishi Sunak, and many others are qualified to lead.

What these election tests have to do with knowing and proving a foreign government is using hit squads kind of escapes me.
