If all that fails, I’d seriously consider finding somewhere else to work.

I’m one of those people who create eyes-rolling-back-in-their-heads look. I might get the opportunity to speak, but I can see few are listening. They are just waiting for me to finish.

I’ve come to some peace with this. I tend not to say much in meetings any more.
