I'm conflicted on this issue. Canada pulled out in 2014. There was a lot of frustration in the corruption within Afghanistan. And finally the US got their fill.

Next time, we should have a plan in place to deal with this corruption. Maybe that plan could be to implement a TDG-like structure of governance.
