I’m glad you enjoyed it. I wonder why Latvian?

I have been thinking about a phonetic alphabet ever since I learned Slovak. Why can’t English just adopt a new alphabet? It’s not that difficult.

It took me about six hours to put this piece together. WORD has all the irregular letters available with the “insert symbol” feature. I just put them on a line in the draft and cut-and-pasted as needed.
