Our current prime is not one of those shapers. But his father, a past prime minister, was. Probably the last shaper of Canadian society. Maybe there's one in the future.
The question is our electoral systems. Are they capable of finding those shapers of society? If so, our these electoral systems capable of sorting out the bad from the good?
