In 2000, I published my first version of Tiered Democratic Governance (TDG).

Unfortunately, the idea needed more fleshing out--and I needed it improve my writing skills. But the concept was there for why we need to change out the current system and replace it with a better system.

If history is to repeat itself, the system that comes from such a revolution is not that great.

We really need a new way.
