In 2009, I finished writing the third edition of Tiered Democratic Governance (TDG). That edition put a lot of pieces together that were missing in the first two editions.

I spent quite a bit of money getting people to this free read of a new kind of democracy--one without any political parties. But there was no interest.

Too bad. The TDG will take at least decade to build. I'm not sure the USA has another decade. It's strange that all the political lefties on Medium cannot see this.
