In case you have not figured it out, I'm an inventor for an alternative democracy. I've had a few naysayers tell me that Westminster systems (US, Canada, UK, etc) need only move to the European model of proportional representation to get better governance. Your comments on how the Dutch export their problems elsewhere show that PR is also missing our human potential.
