In my early teens, I was corrupted by Mad magazine. Too many Mad tidbits still occupy my brain cells.

One is an Al Jaffee cartoon. An elderly lady is looking at two demons in their own birdcage. She is pointing at the small demon/cage. The caption:

Voting is like choosing the lesser of two evils.

That was 50 years ago! If we don't change how we are doing things, this same caption will be relevant 50 years from now.
