In physics, the "wave-duality theory" says that all particles can behave as waves and all waves can behave as particles.

This might be true for us humans. We think ourselves as a collection of particles, but sometimes we just might be waves.

Anyways, this physics is over my head. But we should be open to the idea that we may be more than just a collection of particles.
