In the end, it is always infantry that does most of work of war. The logistics (especially the Abrams) will limit the tank effectiveness. And this war seems to be proving that low-cost missiles are more important than hi-tech mobility.

So I believe the tanks are more psychological help than military help. They will bolster Ukrainian confidence and diminish Russian morale. But that could change with a few too many well placed antitank missiles.
