For several years, CBC Radio has been doing some radio documentaries on marketing and advertising with a fellow called Terry O’Reilly. I can’t remember what the show is called. But they are fascinating.

And I was glued to the documentary on how the Trump campaign used Facebook in 2016.

The intro to this article kind of lost me. This reader needed some more education to get up to speed. A few more of the right kind of sentences could have enlightened me.

My peeve with suppliers (of various kinds) is not returning phone calls or emails. My experience is that is usually a sign of troubles for the future. Time to find someone else.
