I could be imagining things, but I found a conflicting tone to your article. On one hand, you have highlighted several "glitches" in American democracy, which, I would say, are well known. On the other hand, I sensed that even you don't believe these glitches will fix much.

As for those in prison, each prison would constitute a community of the TDG, and thus would be eligible to send a representative(s) into governance.
