Isn't this Nordstream gas explosion a moot point?

If Ukraine did do it, should we not expect them to do something like that?

And if the Ukrainians can blow up this pipeline from a rented yacht, this shows some immense ingenuity. Right?

If I were Russian, I would be in fear of the Ukrainians.
