It is time for Americans--and the rest of the world--to write new constitutions of how they are governed.
In Chapter 6 of my book, I give an idea of how that can be done. And it will not be done by the political or corporate or famous or acadedmic elites, but by average citizens. The commonality of these average citizens is that they recognize the current system needs replacing--and are willing to put about 10 hours a month into this project.
