It is uncertain times indeed.
I spent six years (1986-1992) in the back rooms of a Canadian political party. I saw a lot of dyfunction--and this dysfunction was not gonig to repair itself.
In 1997, I started writing about a replacement for western democracy.
If the world had seriously considered my ideas 23 years, the USA might not be in this situation today.
