It looks like you have read my blog on Dynamic Recovery Proxy. While I couldn't agree with this fellow, he was definitely thinking a lot.

I'm not convinced a digital democracy will work. But when citizens realize that they should vote with some knowledge to support their vote, that might work. As it sits now, everyone has a political opinion on everything political--often without much in depth thought or any expert analysis.

I'm glad you like the TDG. I'm in the process of putting it back on the shelf (5th time in 24 years). No one is really interested.
