I've been following a fellow by the name of Ted Rau; you probably know a little bit about him. I keep meaning to take some of his courses, but "life" gets in the way.
I'm under the impression that Ted's version of sociocracy is mostly about the workplace and maybe local governance. You seem to be taking it to a higher level.
Anyways, I have an ulterior motive. I spent six years in a Canadian political party--and came to the conclusion that all political parties are inherently dysfunctional. Somehow, this experience gave the insights to invent a new system of governance. Here is my Medium essay on this matter:
