I've been here for three years. I do not see any magic formula to Medium success. Top writers have found different paths to being a top writer.

33 views is a bit below my average. I would say about 85% of us are at this level. There are many in the 85% who are just as good as the top writers. Why Medium selects some over others is a mystery to many of us.

As someone told me about a year: "Just write for fun and see what happens."
