I've been meaning to read Naomi Klein for a few years. Back in the days when she was getting lots of media attention, she didn't seem to understand much about business. Therefore whatever solutions she might have had were probably faulty. So I wasn't interested.

I have some ideas on how to re-organize our business world. Basically, businesses share their profits with employees, suppliers, and customers. But these ideas are more out-of-the-box than my alternative democratic governance. And that is going nowhere. So there's not much sense putting my business notions into a book for the next few years.

I was probably one of several forces to change the beef packing plant's ways. I wnn't take all the credit.

I had tried to help a couple of other injured workers, but they were lacking credibility on several fronts. Anyways, my one successful case moved the world a little bit further in the right direction, more than just an injured worker getting a pension. Ironically, this packing plant is now profitable.

Karl Marx predicted the class revolution because the 85% would see no future for themselves or their kids. People take to the streets when they have no hope. The year 1848 was quite pivotal:

There might be another 1848 happening. Part of the Trump ascendency is because some people have parked their economic hopes on a new political messiah, who just happens to be a great con man.

There is a great restlessness in USA.
