I've been on Medium for five years. Several times, I've done the write-every-day-approach, going at least 30 days. I did not see an increase in my "per-article" traction with this technique.

These days, I publish two articles a week. I have at least five articles in draft at any time. Sometimes it takes two months from first draft to publish.

I believe the quality is there. But I would not consider myself to be a great writer, capable moving beyond Medium and other internet forums.

I just have an interesting idea: replacing western democracy with an alternative democracy. No one else is talking about this topic. And only a few want to read--and reluctantly.

Maybe I'll get lucky one day!
