I've been thinking more about the "Stand down and stand by" quote. It sends out different messages. It was very clever. Did Mr. Trump deliberating devise this quote? Did he have speech writer put it in his ear? Or was it just something that was spurted out and he got lucky?

Age limits in the TDG won't be necessary. Decisions are made by committees, not indidividuals. The committees will select the more able spokespeople. The less articulate--who have been elected--can still have their input into the decision.

And the annual elections will cull the less-than-able performers quite frequently.
