Thanks for lengthy response. If you want to use South Africa as an example, it is still a failed state. True it is that the country has rid itself of the arpatheid oppressors, but I’m sure their replacements were not want Mr. Mandela envisioned. Average [black]people might be a little better off, but not by much.

We westerners gave South Africa our version of democracy. The people may have elections, but kleptocracy is the result.

It’s time for a new system. Average citizens in the USA, South Africa, and many other nations need to start to building it. It will take a decade or two.

Other than Ms. Warren, Umair has offerred no solution. It’s time to realize that he is no priest. It’s time for people to put trust in themselves — and cast aside western democracy for something better.
