Many questioned the aid given to Europe to rebuild after WW2, using the excuse of "Europeans have always been fighting." Yet something happened, did it not?

Europeans rebuilt their democracies. These post WW2 structures have kept them out of war. So how we are governed has an impact into the society we live in.

We just need to find a better system--and start building it. (We have talked before about it).
