Unfortunately my few tepid TDG fans seem to think that 50%+1 is needed to get this new democracy started. I cannot convince them otherwise to invest a few hours a month.

I have heard that the threshold is 2%. But the BBC article of 3.5% has merit. I believe the TDG needs 1%.

Someone needs to start.
