Maybe inclusion rules serve a purpose in their original implementation, but to sustain them indefinitely is going to cause a feeling that some people are taking advantage of the rules.

I'm watching some of the Stanley Cup playoffs this year. There are more African American hockey players than there used to be. I doubt they are there because of inclusion rules.
