I appreciate your last comments about the "non-expert." I am treading in the field of political science, yet I have no training or recognition in this field. So maybe my obscurity is deserved.

Yet Mr. Peterson seems to be above the not being an expert. Probably another case of Dunning Kruger Effect. His supporters are comforted that they, as well, know better than the experts. Maybe that is the psychological force behind the success of Mr. Peterson.
