The Biden NEW DEAL still has quite a few hurdles to overcome yet. There is a good probability of a stalled presidency, thanks to an outdated democratic system.

BTW, Election 2020 was not a decisive win. If a high school basketball game finishes with a score of 81 to 74, we would not call this a decisive win. The two teams could play again next week. The other team might win.
