Mike: Unfortunately you may be right in the first 7/8 of this essay. I have my doubts that China will lead the West back into some kind of sanity. This too is a broken country, probably destined for its own civil war soon.

You and I have had some discussion before about average people in the USA to start building a new democracy. But if you want to put your hopes (or fears) into China, then I should be rightly ignored.

I have just finished a novel about how average Americans can build this new democracy. You (or your readers) might like to read about it. It’s really not that difficult.
