Mr. Biden's impotence stems from several factors. First only 50 senators and two of them are rogue. Second, a still very strong political opposition that does not want to see any success from this administration, Third, a dependence from a certain socio-economic class to provide donations and electable candidates. There may be other factors.

With all these constraints, the current system just cannot produce the results you are looking for. There is no political messiah. Bernie would have been just as stymied. So too AOC and Andrew Yang and whoever a significant minority of the public are looking towards these days.

We have talked before. Maybe your main effort should go towards building a new democracy. Vote Democrat while holding your nose, but work on the new democracy.
