Mr. Golden's technique to prove who is right is called "gish galloping." This technique is basically throwing up so many wrongs that it becomes difficult to refute any of them well.
While I may agree on many of your points, most of them were not made well enough to hold water on their own. Each point could have been a response of several hundred words.
I noticed that you did not tag Mr. Golden to let him know you wrote this refutation. But that is probably irrelevant. My experience with taking on gish gallopers is that they won't respond to this kind of article. If you don't respond, they think they have won. If you do respond, they have taken your time away and your points look like they come from a junior high school student, which means they still win.
Best to call it "gish galloping." Maybe ask to put only a few points up for debate. Or maybe just walk away after making the call.
