My family, friends, and colleagues think I am mad. Twenty years ago a wrote a book about an alternative democracy. Their reaction was tepid.

After that, when I told them that I was still working on this idea, eyes roll back in heads.

In 2017, I decided to rewrite the book. This time I didn't tell anyone but my editor.

But other than writing a book no one wants to read, my life is pretty normal. Go to work, spend time with the family, etc. Nothing too weird.
