My take is that Mr. Trump earned most of his 62m of his 2016 votes on his own merit. At best, the Russians could have convince a half million D supporters to stay home on Election Day. And that might have given Mr. T the edge.

But why aren't people asking "Why did Mr. Trump get 62m votes in the first place?"
