One little quibble: Umair said: "The IMF needs $15 billion to do [vaccinate the world[." From my limited perspective, the IMF seems to be a tool of all these billionaires Umair speaks of. If the IMF is involved, someone is getting richer.

In his 1984 novel, George Orwell outlined three natural three castes of humanity:

1) the 2% Inner Party who calls the shots and gets the goodies.

2) the 13% Outer Party who serves the Inner Party and gets a bit of the goodies.

3) the 85% Proles who do all the real work and live in destitution.

That is how humans have historically organized themselves. If we want something different, we need a different system of governance. Western democracy isn't working so good.
