Nobody is behaving perfectly in this Covid thing. But we certainly can lower our risks.

About three years back, I had a good discussion with an evangelical Christian about social assistance. I tried to tell him that there might be good reasons why some people can't hold on to a job. It's better to put them on social assistance than have them engage in petty crime. Eventually I confronted him with this reality: "Chris, you really don't give a fuck about other people, do you?"

He had to admit it.

Not taking reasonable precautions with Covid is just another sign of not caring.
