May I suggest that you identify a center latitude and longitude for all all your "facts". Then name the town that center is closest to.

Take wind turbines as a example. What the the north-south median line? What is the east-west median line? Where do they intersect? This could be done by area and by population.

This might take some research and math application. But this reader would find that interesting.
