OK, I think I understand better.

The United States is dangerously close to a big political upheaval. 30% of the population would like a one-party rule than a democracy. This 30% is motivated and has a lot of guns. They are looking forward to higher place on the new societal pecking order. I don't think they care what the other 70% think or want or need.

Even if "those taking constructive action" can somehow diffuse this situation, there is still a simmering fire. It only needs a better leader.

I just don't think Umair and most other political writers are Medium are helping matters when all they have is complaining (or "warning"?) while having no solution.

What's the solution?
