On another internet forum I used to belong, one writer invented a new verb: "To johnwayne". I think it means to find success without anyone else's help.

For example, Ben became a billionaire because he johnwayned his way through the business world.

That verb should be used more often to describe the foolish nature of all the johnwaynes out there.

Oooo, now it's a noun.
