One thing we can do is build a new democracy. Our current democracies have not produced the results we are looking for. Yes, we can be activists to bend these democracies to our way of thinking, but it is obvious our political leaders are not leading us.

This new democracy (the TDG) will take about 10 hours a month. Activists can put in this TDG time--and still continue with whatever other activist work they are doing.

The TDG will take about 10 to 20 years to build. The other activist work will take at least 10 years to get the change we are looking for.

And introverts can have a bigger role to play with the TDG.
