Pacifism is seems to be a virtue, but unfortunately the world has too many bad people.

There is no doubt in my mind that if western society decided to become truly pacifist, other blocs would willingly overrun it and institute their own ideology over the conquered. In reverse, I believe the armed resistance of other nations has forced the west to hold back.

In a like manner, we cannot be pacifist if one citizen decides to make living robbing convenience stores.
