People have had the power since 2008. That's when I released the third version of "Tiered Democratic Governance." The previous two versions were not fully developed.
But there is a catch. People are going to have to put in some effort. I have recently written a Medium article that outlines the work required.
This is all about building a kinder, wiser democracy.
We do not need help or permission from the political elite to starting building. It's really all up to us: We--THE PEOPLE.
