Political labels are often confusing. When I say "ultra left," I mean those citizens who believe that many economic axioms (like the law of supply and demand) can be easily cast aside to create whatever utopia they want. I thought Ms. Klein was of this thinking. She still might be; her position on economics was not exactly clear in her book.

There is a whole psychology behind why many people do not accept climate as real or man-made--OR (like myself) not really putting in a great effort to reverse the trend.

This sort of reminds me of the psychological experiment of an injured man in a crowd of strangers and no one helped him because everyone thought someone else would. Human beings often do not do the right things at the right time. Ignoring climate change is a part of human nature.

I have been saying for 24 years democracy--especially the American version--is broken and cannot be fixed. I have a solution---but I'm still an echo chamber of one. So I fully understand the experience like climate change being ignored.

I believe my new system will address climate change a whole lot better.
