I believe we have had a discussion before. I have read a few of your articles. But in this article, you had a couple of comments that I thought were worthy of me commenting again.

I spent six years in the backrooms of Canadian politics. Unfortunately, lying is part of politics. One cannot be and stay elected by being totally honest.

If we want to change that dynamic, we need a different way of politics. Please consider Tiered Democratic Governance. One important feature is the removal of the political party.
