Scott, there is a symbiotic relationship between our governors and corruption. They need to play a certain game to win elections. If you or I were elected, we would be subject to the same forces. We are not better than they.

While this article depicts that Ukrainian politics is being run by a minority, we have the same problem in the west. I have just written an article to this effect:

If we are really to fix this problem, we need to build a new democracy. The leaders of this democracy will be more honorable and behave more honorable. If they lose their honorableness, they will no longer be elected.

I believe the USA will build this new democracy. Then it will show the rest of the world how to do it.
