I suspect that there are some back-room Democrats high in the DNC who are already contemplating how to implement ideas similar to yours. They are playing a big chess game. Maybe they will get it right, maybe not. Politics is strange as to what sticks and what doesn't. No one is 100% accurate in their political fortune telling.

When I read your "Unity" rallies idea, I get sullen. So much money, energy, and time goes into these kinds of events. If the TDG could just siphon off 1% of these resources, it would have been built by now.
