My understanding is that Marx really didn't have another system in mind after his "Workers' Revolution" happened. But things have been added to his ideas (like Marxism-Leninism), trying to tag on his brand name. But I could be wrong.

Many of the working people I associate with really don't have an understanding of commerce or have a professional work ethic. They tend to bad-mouth both management and co-workers a lot. This mentality will not work well in a worker's co-op.
