If the paper, which is a culmination of other papers, is indicative of what is actually happening on the ground, then the logical conclusion is that these nations should be enthusiastically embracing a UBI. But these nations are not doing this.

So we should be asking "why?"

Maybe UBI is too biased? I'm finding it difficult to believe that nearly all the UBI money is going to positive means, as this paper suggests.

Maybe the neoliberal economists in charge of these countries' debts are preventing this social program from fully engaging? These economists would do something like this.

So I'm not sure. And it's kind of hard to sort out the truth from my side of the computer screen.

Anyways, I'm an inventing of an alternative democracy. When we get this democracy implemented, we would be a better position to find that truth.
